Apple Breakfast Bake

Recipes

I love making this when I have more time to make breakfast, but I also have made this the night before and saved it for ‘TO GO’ on my way to work or school. This is a great way to switch up breakfast from your typical oats in the morning. Plus, it’s best to consume your fruit in the morning or post workout!

It feels great to be able to eat the whole thing while still under 300 calories! Enjoy Team Quest!

Ingredients:

¼ of a medium green apple chopped

1 cup egg whites

½ scoop protein powder (vanilla, neutral, banana)

½ oz. Walnuts

1tb cinnamon

1tsp stevia sweetner

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg whites, cinnamon, protein powder, stevia first. Then add in apples and walnuts. Pour inside a bread loaf pan (a round or square pan would work it would only change shape). They apples will sink to the bottom but once baking the apples rise to the top. Bake for 35minutes.
