An incredibly delicious and healthy recipe by Nicolette S. for Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza! A creative and decadent twist for The Holidays.
-12g (2Tbsp) powdered peanut butter (I use PB2)
-1 Tbsp chopped peanuts
-1 Tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
-Liquid Stevia (I used butterscotch liquid stevia)
1.) Pre-heat oven to 340 degrees. Spray a mini spring form pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place Questbar in dish and microwave 10 seconds. Mold Quest Bar to bottom of pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes. Release spring form pan let cool slightly.
2.) In a small bowl, combine PB2 with water until desired consistency is reached.
3.) In another small bowl, combine dark cocoa power with 2 drops liquid stevia & water until desired consistency is reached.
4.) Spread chocolate sauce on questbar, sprinkle with chopped peanuts then drizzle peanut butter mix on top.
