- Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 Scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1 stevia packet
Mix 1/4 cup almond meal, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 whole egg, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp espresso powder, and 1 stevia packet (optional). Then cut 1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Nutrition Bar into small pieces and stir into the batter. Pour everything into a square baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 mins. On top, pour 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil. Place in the fridge for 15ish minutes until the coconut oil is a hardened and everything has cooled. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
