- 1 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 10 raspberries
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 packets no-sugar sweetener
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all filling ingredients until smooth. Microwave the Quest Bar for 9 seconds. Press it into a greased and sugared tart dish. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with a few more raspberries and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drizzle with stevia-sweetened white chocolate.
