- 1½ scoops Quest® Banana Cream Protein Powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- ½ teaspoon banana extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon low-fat shredded coconut
1. Place everything into a blender with 1 teaspoon of the coconut shreds.
