Cookie Dough? YES. Brownies? YES. Pie? YES. These three dessert powerhouses come together to form a Quest Nutrition marvel  – the Cookie Dough Brownie Pie!

The unbelievably tasty recipe from @FoodFitnessByPaige is one for the record books. Each delicious serving packs 20g of protein!

Ingredients for 8 servings:

Pie:

1/4 cup Sweet Spreads Chocolate Brownie Coconutter, melted

2 jumbo eggs

7.5 oz baked, cooled, peeled, mashed sweet potato
1 scoop chocolate pea protein powder
6 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Dash cinnamon
Dash vanilla

1 Cookie Dough Quest Bar, chopped into small bits

Frosting:
4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
7 oz 2% Greek yogurt
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener
Dash vanilla

Method:

Pie:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Stir together all ingredients in pie section. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Remove and sprinkle with Cookie Dough bits while still hot, and gently pat down.  Put in fridge to chill.

Frosting:

4. Meanwhile, stir together frosting.  Spread on chilled pie. Top with shaved chocolate curls. Chill several hours or overnight.
