Ingredients:

Pancakes

1 scoop Quest® Peanut Butter Protein Powder

1 egg

2 tablespoons water

½ tablespoon brown rice flour

2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon peanut butter

Pinch of salt

Nonstick cooking spray

Drizzle

1 tablespoon Quest® Chocolate Protein Powder

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener

2 tablespoons almond milk

Method:

Pancakes

1.  In a medium bowl, stir together the Quest Protein Powder®, egg, water, brown rice flour,

sweetener, baking powder, peanut butter, and salt until smooth.

2.  Spray a griddle with cooking spray, and heat to low-medium.

3.  Scoop pancake batter by the heaping tablespoon onto griddle four times. Cook pancakes on each

side for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

4.  Plate two pancakes onto two plates.

Drizzle

Stir ingredients together and drizzle over the top.
