3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2-3/4 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I use pure maple syrup)
1 tbsp olive oil
Note: For more protein, add one scoop of Quest Nutrition Multi-Purpose Protein Powder!
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add in wet ingredients. Start with 1/2 cup pumpkin then slowly add in more as needed until a dough forms. Pinch off pieces of dough, form into a donut shape, and arrange on an oiled plate. Make sure to spread them out so they cook evenly. Microwave 2-3 minutes until cooked all the way through. Set aside.
Microwave a Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar for 10 seconds until soft. Pinch off pieces of the bar, form into a donut shape, an press on top of each donut.
