  • 1 serving Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 oz unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 jumbo egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


In a food processor – blend the dry ingredients (first 4) then add the wet ingredients & blend thoroughly. Heat griddle or frying pan over medium heat. I used a bit of coconut oil so they wouldn’t stick. Brown both sides & enjoy the deliciousness.

Macros per serving (makes five):

Calories: 70.6. Fat: 1.4g. Carbs: 8g. Protein: 11g.



    I am guessing that 1 pancake is 70 calories? I could never eat 5 but can share with my son… Have you tried any other variations of this? It seems to be hard to find a good “healthy” pancake recipe…

    Phenomenal… just made these and they are sooooo good… I did 2 Tbsp 9f batter per pancake mad about 8…. I didn’t have flax so just left that out.
