Tiramisu – don’t mind if we do! These delicious #CheatClean Tiramisu Cups are filled with flavor and personality. Try this healthy recipe by fan Fanny Roethlisberger.
- One Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
- Strong brewed coffee
- 80g Cottage Cheese (drained)
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Vanilla stevia drops.
- If you fancy; coffee extract.
- 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips cacao for dusting.
Cut Quest Bar in half. Microwave Quest Bar for 20 seconds then flatten and press into a small baking mold or a oven proof cup/bowl. Brush with strong coffee and bake for 3 minutes, let cool completely to harden. Let cottage cheese drain so you only have the “cheesy bits” left. Mix with protein powder, stevia (and if you want some coffee extract for even more tiramisu-touch) using a hand blender. Stir in sugar free chocolate chips. Fill cookie dough mold with the filling and dust with cacao – enjoy!
