Team Quest to Team Universe to Team USA!
On July 6th and 7th I traveled half way across the country to compete at the NPC Team Universe in Teaneck, New Jersey. In a very close and competitive lineup I was announced the winner in the Middleweight class in the Mens Bodybuilding division.
The winners of the respective weight divisions in Mens and Womens Bodybuilding make up the team that will represent the United States at the IFBB World Amateur Championships in Guayaqil, Ecuador on November 6th -11th, 2012. I am honored to be a part of this team and look forward to participating in international competition.
With this contest prep, as I have with the last five I have done, Quest Protein Bars played a key role in my nutrition plan.
