1¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
2 tablespoons cashew butter
¼ teaspoon sea salt
- In a small blender, add Quest® Protein Powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt and chia seeds. Blend for 20 seconds.
- Add the milk and cashew butter.
- Blend until smooth.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to thicken.
