1 scoops Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar

¼ cup oat flour

¼ cup almond flour

½ cup almond milk

1 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut oil

Ingredients

RASPBERRY SAUCE

1/4 cup sugar free strawberry preserves

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener

Method

BATTER

  1. In a large bowl combine Quest® Protein Powder, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg and milk.

  1. In a mini blender, blend the preserves, sweetener, and water until smooth

ASSEMBLY

  1. Heat coconut oil in a small frying pan.
  2. Cut Quest Bar® in half-length wise.
  3. Insert a skewer or cake pop stick into the Quest Bar®
  4. Dip bars into batter and fry for 20-30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
