But could you guys Questify cheesecake and somehow make it more decadent in the process?” The answer was a resounding, “We’ll get back to you.” And now here we are, giving the gift of Quest Candy Bar Cheesecake bites to the world. Ingredients

FUDGEY BROWNIE CANDY BAR CHEESECAKE

Method

  1. Cut the bars lengthwise and place them in the bottom of a 6×6” pan.
  2. Stir together the gelatin, protein, sweetener and water.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream. Add in the gelatin mixture.
  4. Beat using a hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the pan in an even layer. Chill for 1 hour.
  6. Cut into 12 pieces.
  7. Melt chocolate and drizzle over bites. Chill until solid. Serve.
