Ingredients:

  • 1½ scoops Quest® Banana Cream Protein Powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon banana extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon low-fat shredded coconut

 

Method:

1. Place everything into a blender with 1 teaspoon of the coconut shreds.

2. Blend until thick and creamy (about 20 seconds).

3. Pour into two glasses. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top, and serve.
