Ingredients

COATED CANDY POPCORN

  • ¼ cup yellow popcorn kernels
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 bag Quest Coated Candies, chopped
  • 2 tsp gold sprinkles

Method

  1. Add the avocado oil to a pot over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add the kernels and pop the popcorn, shaking them every so often until all the kernels have popped.
  3. Transfer the popcorn to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth and drizzle over the popcorn.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped Quest Coated Candies and gold sprinkles. Serve.
