Ladies and gentlemen, @PonyTailPower is a true #CheatClean champion! Using a Quest Nutrition S’mores Bar and Vanilla Milkshake Protein powder, this kitchen hero created a Fan Recipe of the Week that is a must-eat! It’s only 124 calories with 11g protein and, to be honest, “Peanut Butter S’mores Blondie” is really fun to say 3 times fast. Try it!

Ingredients:

• 1 can (~400g) white beans of choice, drained and rinsed
• 2 scoops (~60g) Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
• 1/3 cup (96g) organic peanut butter
• 1/3 cup Walden Farms pancake syrup
• 2 egg whites (92g, 6tbsp,or 1/3 cup) or 2 whole eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1-2 packets stevia
• 1 Quest Nutrition S’mores Bar, roughly chopped

Method:

• Process all ingredients, except the quest bar
• Then fold in 1/2 of the Quest Bar
• Pour into a greased baking pan
• Pour #blondie batter into pan, and top with remaining half of quest bars.
• Bake at 340° for 15-20 minutes. •DO NOT OVERBAKE! Check at 15 minutes, you want these ooey gooey.
