½ scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder

2 bags Quest® Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips

1 medium onion

¼ cup almond meal

1 egg

Dash of sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Blend Quest® Protein Chips into powder
  3. Mix together powdered chips, almond meal, and salt
  4. Slice onion into ¼ inch thin slices.
  5. Put Quest® Protein Powder into a separate bowl
  6. Whisk together egg in another separate bowl
  7. Dip onion in protein, then egg, then in chip mixture. Repeat for the rest of the onion.
  8. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Serve immediately
