QUESTIFIED HALLOWEEN EYEBALLS
Method
- In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and protein powder until doughy.
- Separate into 10 evenly sized balls and place them on a piece of parchment paper (they will flatten out slightly).
- Freeze for 1 hour. Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl over a small pot of simmeringwater, stirring occasionally until melted.
- Remove about 3 tablespoons of white chocolate and set it aside.
- Place a frozen peanut butter ball onto a fork and spoon white chocolate over it, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the coated peanut butter ball onto the baking sheet, add 1 Quest Coated Candy into the center.
- Repeat until you have coated all the peanut butter balls.
- Stir the red food coloring to the reserved white chocolate and then place it into a plastic zip bag and cut a small piece of the corner to make a piping bag.
- Make red veins coming down from the coated candy.
- Melt the chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and use a toothpick to make a dot in the center of the candy.
- Chill until solid and ready to serve.
