Ingredients

COOKIES & CREAM CHEESECAKE TRUFFLES

Method

  1. Bread the bars into smaller pieces and place them into a food processor and blend until small crumbles form.
  2. Add in the cream cheese and combine. Separate the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls.
  3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl and stir until smooth.
  4. Dip each ball in the chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Top with sprinkles and chill until chocolate is solid.
