Try this Chicken Waffle Bites #15SecondRecipe using Quest Nutrition Protein Chips for a palate experience that is crunchy, sweet, and savory all in one.
- 1 bag Quest Nutrition Seat Salt Chips
- 1/8 cup pecan pieces
- 1/8 cup shredded low fat coconut
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pinch salt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar-free syrup
- 1⁄2 pound chicken breast, cubed (about 1 chicken breast)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick cooking sheet with coconut oil spray. Crush the Quest Nutrition Chips a bit and pour into a mini food processor with the pecans, coconut, cayenne and salt. Pulse until you get crumbs. Pour the syrup into a small bowl. Dip 2-3 chicken cubes into the syrup at a time, which helps thin out the syrup just a touch (don’t put them all in at once), and then coat each piece with the crumbs. Place on cooking sheet. Spray the tops with more cooking spray. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until cooked through.
