Attention Cookie Dough lovers! This heavenly recipe by @Misarea for Quest Nutrition Cookie Dough Brownies is out of this world. A decadent chocolate brownie is capped off with no bake cookie dough for the ultimate indulgence. Each brownie has 11g of protein!
Ingredients:
Brownie:
2 scoops Quest Nutrition Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon light butter
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sash of salt
Stevia to taste
Cookie Dough:
1 can drained and rinsed garbanzo beans
1 scoop Quest Nutrition Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons You Fresh Naturals Protein Chocolate Chip Almond Butter
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoons coconut flour
Stevia to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all of the brownie ingredients. Line a 9X9″ pan with wax or parchment paper.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. When done, cool completely.
3. Meanwhile, combine all of the cookie dough ingredients except for the chocolate chips and coconut flour. Blend in a food processor (I used my Vitamix.)
4. Transfer dough into a bowl and add in the chips and coconut flour. Stir well.
5. When the brownies have cooled, slather your cookie dough onto the brownie “layer” and spread evenly.
6. Refrigerate for about an hour or two so that it firms up a bit. Once firm, cut into 9 squares.
