- 1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar
- 1 Coconut Cashew Quest Bar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk (divided)
- 2 tablespoons low fat shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon crushed pecans
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
Preheat oven to 350. Microwave the Double Chocolate Chunk Bar for 10 seconds to soften. Break into two and form into two circles. Press lightly to flatten. In a bowl, microwave 1 tablespoon milk with the Coconut Cashew Quest Bar for 25 seconds. Smooch and incorporate the coconut and pecans. Lay half on top of each chocolate cookie. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven to cool. Microwave the chocolate chips and remaining 1 tablespoon of milk for 40 seconds. Stir until melted. Mix in the protein powder. Drizzle on top of each cookie.
