1/4 cup Quest Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
2 Tablespoons almond milk
1 Tablespoons egg
1 Tablespoons nut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 scoop Quest Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons water
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the frosting) into a mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. After it’s fully mixed, make four equal size donuts.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes.
4. Stir together frosting ingredients and spread over the donuts once they’re ready.
