  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 scoop Quest Protein Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Chocolate pancakes:

  • + 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, protein, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until no dry spots remain.
  4. Cook the pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until cooked through and serve hot.
