Ingredients

CHEESE CRACKERS SNACK MIX

  • 2 packets Quest Cheese Crackers
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, raw
  • 1 cup gluten free mini pretzels
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F. In a large mixing bowl, add the crackers, nuts, and pretzels.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil and toss until everything is well coated.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the spices and then add them to the bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mix to a large baking sheet. Bake the mix for 10-13 minutes and slightly golden.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
