Ingredients

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PECAN ICE CREAM BARS

Method

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  3. Scoop the ice cream into the pan and spread it out in an even layer. Chop the Quest Hero Bar into small pieces and sprinkle them over the ice cream. Chill overnight.
  4. Cut the ice cream into 8 rectangles and insert a popsicle stick into each. Return to the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a glass cup and dip each popsicle into the chocolate and then lay each one a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze until ready to eat.
