The level-headed geniuses in the Quest test kitchen have created a bowl of cauliflower oats using the Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar that you’ll definitely want to add to your breakfast rotation.

Ingredients
QUESTIFIED CHOCOLATE CAULI-OATS
- 1 Quest Chocolate Dipped Bar
- 1 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups riced cauliflower, frozen
- 1⁄3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries, fresh
Method
- Chop the Quest Bar into small pieces and place them into a small pot with the almond over medium heat.
- Whisking occasionally, cook until the bar is melted and smooth.
- Add in the cauliflower, oats, chia seeds, protein, cocoa powder and salt and cook until oats are tender and mixture has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with fresh raspberries.
