The thing about us here at the Quest Blog is that we can’t get too much of a good thing. Which brings us to the Quest Test Kitchen’s latest attempt to make us put our mouths where our mouths are. Or something to that effect. Behold: Quest Frosted Cookies Brownie Bites! They combine everything you love about Quest Frosted Cookies (they taste amazing, they have protein) and everything you love about brownies (they’re brownies). We love them. So will you.

Yields: 18 servings |  Serving Size: Two brownies

Calories: 150 | Protein: 5g  | Fat: 12g | Net Carb: 5g

Ingredients

QUESTIFIED FROSTED COOKIE BROWNIES

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, protein and salt.
  2. Place the chocolate chips, oil, butter and cashew butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir smooth.
  4. Whisk in the eggs.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir.
  6. Fold in the chopped cookies.
  7. Transfer to an 8×8” pan and bake at 350F for 13 minutes.
  8. Let cool and cut into 36 pieces. Serve.
