Ingredients
QUESTIFIED PEPPERMINT BARK HOT CHOCOLATE
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 Quest Peppermint Bark Bar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 2 tsp zero calorie sweetener
- Pinch sea salt
Method
- Cut the Peppermint Bark Quest Bar into small pieces and place them into a small pot with the almond milk and turn on medium-high heat.
- Cook until milk is scolding and whisk until the bar has melted.
- Add in the cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener and salt and whisk until smooth.
- Divide between four cups and serve.
- Top with whipped cream and sugar free chocolate curls if desired.
