Here’s something you might not have guessed about us over here at the Quest Blog: we dig crepes. Sure, why would you have given that a moment’s thought? But the fact remains that when we first heard of crepes made Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder and a Quest S’mores Protein Bar, we had to know more. This is what we learned: 17g of protein with 8g of net carbs and 2g of sugar! Then we tasted them and learned they were delicious. So now go make some crepes.

Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, protein, coconut flour, almond milk, zero calorie sweetener and salt.
- Use an immersion blender to blend up any chunks of protein powder.
Heat a large frying pan with non-stick spray over medium-low heat.
- Once hot, lift the frying pan away from the heat and gently pour in 1⁄4 cup of batter while swirling the pan to thin out the mixture in an even layer.
Cook for 1-2 minutes and until the edges start pulling away.
- Use a rubber spatula to gently flip the crepe and cook the other side for 20 seconds.
- Repeat until you have used all the batter (about 5 crepes).
Use a handheld mixer to beat the heavy cream until fluffy.
- Add in the protein powder and mix to combine.
- Transfer to a piping bag.
- Pipe the filling into the center of each crepe, top with s’mores bar crumbles, half of the chocolate chips and then roll up the crepe.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish and drizzle over crepes before serving.
