Here is a recipe for delicious, chocolatey, peanut buttery truffles that are guilt-free and packed with protein from The Fit Bald Man. These truffles are so delicious and easy to make. Enjoy any time of the day for quick energy!
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 10 min Total Time: 15 min.
1 tsp natural peanut butter
1 TBS cocoa powder
1 square dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher) I used 85% cacao chocolate.
1.) Microwave chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar for 10 seconds and roll out onto a cutting board that is sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
2.) Cut the quest bar into four (4) separate sections and place 1/4 tsp of natural peanut butter into the middle of each section.
3.) Roll the quest bars sections into balls around the peanut butter. I sprayed my hands with non stick cooking spray so it sticks less.
4.) Melt a square of dark chocolate in a small bowl and roll the balls into the chocolate until lightly coated.
5.) Pour 1 TBS cocoa powder into a small bowl and drop the chocolate balls into them dusting the whole thing.
