SAMOA SHAKE

Ingredients:

1 scoop Quest® Salted Caramel Protein Powder

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 cups ice

2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

½ teaspoon coconut extract

1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips

1 tablespoon toasted coconut, divided

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and toasted coconut. Blend until thick and creamy (about 20 seconds).
  2. Pulse in chocolate chips and ½ tablespoon of the toasted coconut.
  3. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top, and serve.
