  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp lemon juice



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a serving dish about 8×4 with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the blueberries, blackberries, sweetener and lemon juice and set aside.
  3. Place all the topping ingredients into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbles form.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the prepared dish and then top with the crumbles.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove it from the oven and cover the dish with foil.
  6. Return the dish to the oven to continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite topping!

    I’m a bit confused on the size of the baking dish, is 8×4 correct? 8×4 is usually a loaf pan, and the pan in the picture definitely looks like a baking dish. I would love to try this recipe, but I want to make sure to use the correct size pan.

      Hey Terrie, sorry for the super-long delay, had to check with our food stylist and she was out for several weeks. The dish is roughly that size, as you can see she used a ceramic dish in her baking with roughly those measurements.

    Sorry for all the questions, but the recipe says one Quest Blueberry Muffin bar chopped, but the picture shows the Quest Blueberry Cobbler bar. Which is the correct bar to use for this recipe?

      The bar posted in the ingredients was in error, it’s been corrected to reflect the Blueberry Cobbler Hero Protein Bar. Apologies!
