Ingredients

MINI PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY COOKIES

Method

  1. Use a small round cookie cutter (about 3/4 inch in size to cut out as many circles in the cookies as you can — about 7 from each cookie, making 14 total.
  2. Remove the scrap pieces (save for snacking later or enjoy now) and then cut your cookie cut outs in half to create a sandwich, making 28 small cookies.
  3. Place the peanut butter into a plastic zip-loc back and cut a small hole in the corner to make a piping bag.
  4. Do the same with the jam.
  5. Pipe about 1/2 tsp of each peanut butter and jam into the center of the 14 cookies.
  6. Sandwich with remaining cookies and serve.
