Ingredients

1 bag Quest Nutrition Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips

1 1/2 cups white beans

4 Tbsp Fat Free kefir cheese (or cream cheese)

1 jalapeno, minced (save the stem!)

4 oz. grated Fat Free cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Puree beans and kefir cheese until smooth.

2. Stir in minced jalapeno and grated cheese.

3. Transfer mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap. Pull up wrap from all sides and twist at the top to from a ball. Place in a bowl and put in freezer for 2 hours to firm.

4. Roll bean & cheese ball in crushed Quest Nutrition Protein Chips and top with jalapeno stem!
