Ingredients:
Dough
- 2 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar®
- 2 scoops Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons zero calorie sweetener
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Filling
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free raspberry jam
- 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
Glaze
- 2 tablespoons Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons zero calorie sweetener
Method:
Dough
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add unwrapped Quest Bar®, 2 tablespoons sweetener, and 2 tablespoons almond milk; microwave for 40 seconds. Mix ingredients together until thick and incorporated.
- Add Quest® Protein Powder and baking powder then Mix together until dough is formed and shape in a 6 inch long cylinder.
- Bake for 10 minutes then set on a cooling rack.
Filling
- Cook Bacon on a baking sheet in oven for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Then chop and set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir sugar-free jam until smooth.
Glaze
- In a small sauce pan add water and sweetener and cook on medium heat until it begins to bubble.
- Remove from heat and let rest 2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Quest®Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder and whisk until smooth.
Assembly
- Immediately after glaze is finished pour over top of doughnut.
- Set aside for 5 minutes to allow glaze to harden.
- Slice open doughnut down the center and spread open about ½ inch.
- Drizzle raspberry jam down center of doughnut.
- Add chopped bacon on top of raspberry jam.
