Ingredients

COOKIES & CREAM ICE CREAM

1 scoop Quest® Cookies and Cream Powder

1 cup whole milk 

¼ cup zero-calorie sweetener 

Pinch of salt 

CHOCOLATE SPREAD

1 scoop Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder

½ cup fat free greek yogurt

¼ cup light sour cream

½ cup zero calorie sweetener (powdered)

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup water

WAFFLE

2 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

2 egg

2/3 cup water

Method

COOKIES & CREAM ICE CREAM

  1. Place milk, sweetener and salt in a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add protein powder and blend for an additional minute.
  3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker, and follow manufacture’s instructions. Ice cream should be ready within 15 minutes. (For a firmer ice cream, place in freezer for 2 hours.)

CHOCOLATE SPREAD

  1. Stir together all ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed.
  2. Heat in microwave in 15 second intervals to get the chocolate spread to desired temperature.

WAFFLE

  1. Heat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Quest Protein Powder®, baking powder, water, and eggs.
  3. Coat waffle iron with cooking spray.
  4. Add a waffle batter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
