  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sweetener


  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp zero cal sweetener
  • 1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, room temperature


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper both ways for easy removal.
  2. Cut the Quest bar into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the pieces for 4-5 minutes and golden brown.
  4. Let them cool before placing them into a food processor or nutribullet and blending until fine crumbles form.
  5. Add in the protein powder, almond flour and salt and continue blending until well combined.
  6. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add in the eggs, applesauce and vanilla and mix until a batter forms.
  7. In a small bowl, stir together the swirl ingredients.
  8. Pour half the batter into the pan and top with swirl mixture.
  9. Cover the swirl mixture with the remaining batter.
  10. In another bowl, use a fork to combine all the crumble ingredients and then sprinkle the crumble over the batter.
  11. Bake the coffee cake for 18-20 minutes.
  12. Remove and let cool slightly before cutting 9 squares and serving.
