Cocoa Scrambled Eggs
This may seem like an odd combination, but it’s a healthy and easy way to break up the monotony of eggs. And it tastes great!
You’ll need:
- 250g Egg Whites (Approx 4 eggs, separated)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 4g 100% pure cocoa
- 10g Flax Seeds
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Packet Truvia
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
Spray a pan with either calorie-free cooking spray OR if your macros allow for it, a tablespoon of coconut butter.
Cook like normal scrambled eggs over medium heat until firm.
