What’s better than a #CookiesAndCream cookie? A STUFFED Cookies and Cream Cookie! Host Cassey Ho and special guest, Quest President Tom Bilyeu, show you how to make Stuffed Cookies & Cream Cookies made the #CheatClean way!
• 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
• 1/2 scoop cookies n’ cream protein powder
• 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp. oat flour
• 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
• 1 egg white
• 1 Tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
• 3 Tbsp. granulated stevia
• 1/4 tsp. butter extract
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a
baking sheet pan with foil & spray with nonstick
2.) Place all ingredients, except Quest Bar, in a
medium sized mixing bowl. Using a hand-held
mixer, blend on medium speed until cookie
batter turns smooth. Place batter in the
refrigerator for 45 minutes before baking.
3.) Cut Quest Bar into 3 even pieces. Remove
cookie batter from the fridge. Take about 2
Tbsp. of batter and wrap around one
Quest Bar piece, making sure the Quest Bar
piece is completely covered with batter. Add
a little bit of water to your hands when
handling the batter. Repeat until all 3 Quest Bar
pieces are wrapped with cookie batter.
4.) Place Quest Bar stuffed cookies on sheet
pan and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from
oven and let cool on a wire rack.
MACROS (Makes 3 stuffed cookies) : 160 calories. 16g protein. 6.5g fat. 11g net carbs.
