½ cup Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 tablespoons oat flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons egg whites

2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

1 tablespoon cashew butter

1½ tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips

⅛ teaspoon salt


1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar®

1 tablespoon Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder

½ cup powdered zero-calorie sweeter

¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons light sour cream

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Crumble unwrapped Quest Bar® into small pieces and bake for 4-6 minutes on a nonstick baking sheet. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mini blender, pulse to large crumbs and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Quest Protein Powder™, applesauce, oat flour, almond milk, egg whites, cashew butter, chocolate chips, and salt until smooth.
  5. Distribute batter into 8 donut molds and bake for 8 minutes.


  1. In a mini blender add Quest Protein Powder™, sweetener, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and cocoa powder.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds, or until smooth.
  3. Frost donuts with icing and sprinkle with Quest Bar® crumbles.
