- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the Quest Bar into small pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake them for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool
- Meanwhile, cream together the butter and sweetener — add in the vanilla extract, coconut flour, protein powder and sea salt and stir until a dough forms.
- Add in the almond milk and continue stirring.
- Place the cooled bar pieces into a food processor or blender and blend until small crumbles form.
- Add the crumbles to the dough and fold them into the mix until well-blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips and serve or cover and chill until you’re ready to dig in.
