Homemade cookies could possibly be one of the greatest things you can make.   1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the Quest Bar into small pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake them for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool
  5. Meanwhile, cream together the butter and sweetener — add in the vanilla extract, coconut flour, protein powder and sea salt and stir until a dough forms.
  6. Add in the almond milk and continue stirring.
  7. Place the cooled bar pieces into a food processor or blender and blend until small crumbles form.
  8. Add the crumbles to the dough and fold them into the mix until well-blended.
  9. Fold in chocolate chips and serve or cover and chill until you’re ready to dig in.
