I blended –

4 egg whites Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

1/2 cup oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (Blue Diamond)
1-2 tbsp coconut flour (Bob’s Red Mill) <<< depends how thick you like the batter
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp poppy seeds (Bob’s Red Mill)
1 tsp baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill)

THEN added:

 1/2 Lemon Creme Pie Quest Bar – chopped into tiny pieces (Quest Nutrition)

Cook slowly on medium heat

Top with 30 ml sugar free maple syrup (Queen)
