Quest Apple Turnover

What you will need:
- 1 Apple Pie Quest Bar
- 2 tsp diced tart apple (I used honey crisp)
- 1 tbsp sugar free apple sauce
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
What you need to do:
1⃣ Place the coconut oil, diced apple, and cinnamon in a pan and sautée over medium heat for 3-5 mins, stirring often.
2⃣ Move the contents in the pan into a small bowl and mix with apple sauce.
3⃣ Microwave the Quest Bar for 10 second until softened and then roll it out in a square shape on a greased cookie sheet.
4⃣ Place the apple mixture onto one diagonal half of the square, then fold it over on top of itself, should be a triangle sandwich
5⃣ Place into the oven at 350F for 5 mins and then broil on low for 1 minute.
6⃣ Take it out and let it cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy it with a little dollop of Greek yogurt.
