A delicious recipe from Gen (Instagram) for Quest Coconut Crusted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Balls. Enjoy!
My Coconut-Crusted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough PB ball was very easy to make. Each little ball of goodness was made with:
- 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 of a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
- About 1 teaspoon naturally-dried unsweetened coconut
I simply warmed up each piece of Quest Bar for about three seconds, and cut it up into little bits. Then, I rolled it into a ball with the crunchy peanut butter and a bit of the coconut. Once formed, I rolled it in the coconut and let it chill for about 15 minutes for the perfect bite!
It may not be the most out of this world creation, but trust me, these little treats beat ANY other protein-packed balls that I have ever tasted!
