Ingredients
ROCKY ROAD MILKSHAKE
1 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
½ scoop Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
3 cup ice
1 ½ cup water
2 tablespoons zero calorie sweetener
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons almonds
Pinch of salt
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
¼ cup fat-free greek yogurt
¼ cup powdered zero calorie sweetener
2 tablespoons light sour cream
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
PROTEIN MARSHMALLOW
½ scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
3 tablespoons pasteurized egg whites
1 tablespoon zero-calorie sweetener, powder
TOPPING
2 Tablespoons Lily’s Baking Chips
Method
MARSHMALLOW TOPPING
- In a small bowl, add egg whites and using a hand mixer, mix until soft peaks form.
- Add in Quest Protein Powder™ and sweetener and continue mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Add to a piping bag and pipe half the batter into a round molds lines with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Set remaining batter aside
ROCKY ROAD MILKSHAKE
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except almonds. Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pulse in almonds.
- Pour into 3 glasses, and serve.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- Mix all frosting ingredients together until smooth.
- Line 3 shake cups with frosting and cover with crushed almonds. Place in fridge
TOPPING
- Melt chocolate until smooth and set aside
ASSEMBLY
- Distribute the remaining marshmallow fluff into the milkshake cups coated in chocolate frosting
- Pour the milkshake into each cup
- Top with the marshmallow from the freezer (it will be fragile and soft).
- Drizzle with the melted chocolate and serve immediately
