- 1 ½ scoops Quest® Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups ice
- 1 ounce espresso
- 4 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
- In a blender, combine Quest Protein Powder™, almond milk, ice, sweetener, espresso, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into two glasses.
- In a small mixing bowl, add heavy cream and sweetener. Using a hand mixer, mix until stiff peaks form.
- Top evenly between both shakes and serve.
