Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ scoops Quest® Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 ounce espresso
  • 4 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Whipped Topping:

  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

Method:

  • In a blender, combine Quest Protein Powder™, almond milk, ice, sweetener, espresso, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses.

Topping

  • In a small mixing bowl, add heavy cream and sweetener. Using a hand mixer, mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Top evenly between both shakes and serve.
