Happy National Cherry Pie Day! Let’s have some #CookClean fun! Start with our Quest Nutrition pie crust recipe (found below) and finish with our Black Forest Shake. Place crust on top and VOILA!! 🙂 Enjoy!
½ scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder (14g)
½ scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder (14g)
¼ cup oat flour (25g)
2 tablespoons erythritol
3 tablespoons butter (42g)
1 ½ tablespoons water
In a medium bowl, whisk together Quest Protein Powders™, oat flour, and erythritol.
Add butter and use a fork to cut the butter into the dry mix.
When butter is completely combined into the mix, add water and mix until a ball of dough is formed.
Place in fridge for 10-20 minutes.
Remove from fridge and flatten dough until it’s ¼ of an inch.
Place in fridge for another 5-10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove crust from fridge.
Form dough into pit shape.
Cut dough using a three and a half inch round cookie cutter or the size of your cup.
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
Begin making Black Forest Shake.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
